EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
To request an exchange, please send an email to hello@rubye.co.za with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange.
Returns are accepted, and logged for all items within 7 days or purchase. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition with the swing tag attached. We will process the refund once we receive the garment.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any garments that are custom-made to your specific body measurements.
Regrettably, if you have received a damaged or defective garment, please send an email to hello@rubye.co.za with a description of the defect and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
