DELIVERY

Shipping Times

All RubyE garments are produced locally at our studio in Durban, South Africa.  We basically work on a made-to-order model whereby we don’t keep huge amounts of stock and only create a garment when we receive the Proof of payment. This means your garment is completely detailed, unique and on-trend.  Production may take between 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will ship via The Courier Guy or DHL our international courier depending on what shipping option you select at checkout. To track and trace your order please click here for The Courier Guy or here for DHL and type in your waybill number. Please allow for 2 to 3 days to courier your parcel to you, depending on your area. Outlying areas please allow 5-9 days for delivery. Details of the various shipping options are outlined below:

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.  All orders over R1000 will ship for free in South Africa.  Orders less than R1000 will be charged a flat rate of R150 for door-to-door delivery.  We do not deliver on RSA holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or Easter.

International Orders over R5000 qualify for free shipping.  Standard orders below will be charged R500 shipping. A tracking number, courier details and estimated delivery date will be provided as soon as your order has shipped. RubyE are not responsible for any customs or duties charged by the receiving country.  We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

Changes or Cancellation of orders

Please note that it’s currently not possible to change your shipping address and change or cancel an order once you have placed it. To check the delivery status of your order, click on “Track My Order” in your shipment notification email.

Tracking of orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow.

Please be sure to check your delivery information is correct and that you have specified the right cell phone number as this is how the delivery company will contact you on the day of delivery to organise a time that is convenient for you and to avoid no one being there to take possession of the package.
